LOVE YOUR JOB
We place a lot of importance in our job: it needs to be the activity that fulfills us, that brings us money to live and support our family, it defines our identity in society, and is also often a big part of social network. Yet, we spend only little time to discover which job is the right one for us. What made you decide for your current career? Let me guide you!
Work might be a stressful environment, with short deadlines and annoying colleagues. But it can also be an environment where you can learn and grow as an individual. The right balance means something different for everyone and for each phase of your life. Right now, you might want to spend more time with your kids, or your aging parents, or focus on your passion, or your business! I love helping people to get what they want out of work and pursue the things that they find most important in life. Let's take some perspective!
So many areas of our lives can bring us stress, pain, anxiety and distractions from what is essential to us. I support my clients discovering their values, and what is important for them, so that they can create the life they want for themselves. Let's bring back well-being, gratefulness & connection to our days!
What my clients say about me
What stands out about Claire is her remarkable ability to ask exactly the right questions to elicit deep self-reflection which ultimately leads to positive change. Through her unique coaching style, I constantly work through the answers on my own via a journey of contemplation of my behaviors, motivations, actions and results. I attribute a lot of my success in navigating a difficult period in my career to Claire, and her coaching continues to make me a better person every day, both at work and at home.
Claire's approach had helped me to balance work and life. She shared her experience providing practical examples of how to apply small changes that could create a big impact on my way to manage and handle challenging professional situations. She is a fantastic listener, allowing you to have productive and valuable conversations about leadership styles and how to improve your own. She can adapt quickly and navigate through different topics without losing the essence of the main problem. Her sessions, helped me to recognize the core values of my leadership style and build upon those to create positive change towards others. I would definetely recommend her not only as a coach
After I shared my complicated thoughts with her, she spontaneously proposed to play a game with the chairs that were around us. Each chair represented one thing that I had on my mind and by standing next to it, she could see how I reacted to that thought. Then, we deep dive into the reasons behind the reactions and strategies on how to look at them from different perspectives. [...] That was basically a game-changer for me. We started having sessions every two weeks and since then, I can take the liberty to say that I have learnt how to control my thoughts and not be controlled by them, and have clarity on what I want to achieve.
